2.1 Scope of Work

• ClickFirst provides business setup, visa processing, and licensing assistance as outlined in signed proposals
• Services exclude legal/financial advice unless explicitly stated

2.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate documents within 3 working days of request
• Disclose all prior UAE visa/license history
• Pay government fees directly or through pre-approved channels

3.1 Service Fees

• All quotes valid for 14 days
• 50% deposit required to commence work (non-refundable if work initiated)

3.2 Government Fees

• Estimated during consultation; final amounts determined by authorities
• Client bears responsibility for fee increases during processing

3.3 Refund Policy

• ✅ 100% refund if application rejected due to ClickFirst error
• ❌ No refunds after document submission to government entities

• Estimated timelines are not guarantees
• Delays caused by:
  • Client document delays (AED 200/day penalty after 7 days)
  • Government backlogs
  • Force majeure events

5.1 Limitations

• Maximum liability = 2x service fee paid
• Not responsible for:
  • Business performance post-setup
  • Banking rejections unrelated to documentation

5.2 Compliance

• Clients must use services only for legal business activities
• Immediate termination for false information

• All reports/templates remain ClickFirst property
• Client may not resell our processes or documents

7.1 Mediation

• Mandatory 30-day mediation through Dubai Courts (if claim < AED 50,000)

7.2 Governing Law

• UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law)

• Changes require written agreement
• Continued service use constitutes acceptance

• Not liable for delays from:
  • Visa bans
  • System outages (e.g., GDRFA portal failures)
  • Natural disasters

• ✅ Authority to represent applying entity
• ✅ Acceptance of document verification checks
